Throughout the last 20 years, Heather Novak has consciously focused on aligning her thoughts with her desired outcome. She lives by the concept THOUGHTS ARE THINGS. Following a divorce, and being faced with being a single mom and experiencing extreme financial hardship, she realized it was time to shift her thoughts to create different results. Within one year she manifested a job earning a six-figure income and met the man of her dreams; soon after, they married and had a baby.

Believing in the Law of Attraction, it’s no surprise that Heather’s clientele consists primarily of women who want more out of life and are willing to shift their thoughts to create different results. Having a strong connection with energy, she senses and assists them in their process to reset their mindset to find more passion and inspiration in all areas including relationship, career and their personal space.

A mother herself, Heather is passionate about teaching HypnoBirthing® to expectant mothers and their birthing companions throughout the Conejo/Simi Valley and Ventura areas. She has experienced two natural, comfortable births of her own and loves to educate about the freedom to choose the ideal birth experience. In addition, she assists families who desire to conceive using the Hypnosis for Fertility techniques created and taught by Board Certified Hypnotherapist Lynsi Eastburn, author of “It’s Conceivable”.

Truly an entrepreneurial spirit, she is currently creating a teleclass to support women in their multiple hat-wearing roles to activate their true essence, find peace and create a balanced life. The intention of this program is to assist women in having a fit, healthy body and spirit. It will include tools and techniques to learn how to trust the intuition and to have clarity and focus about who they are from the inside out.

The greatest reward for Heather is to see others become more confident, create healthy boundaries and learn more about unconditional love of self and others as a result of working together. She treasures the feedback of clients experiencing more inner peace, connection to self and their loved ones, and a greater feeling of living life to the fullest.
