Each session is individually designed just for you. We provide a non-judgmental, open place to share your life experiences and cognitively release and let go (I call this portion the “venting process”) and following up with a subconscious shift creating new patterns and behavioral modification during a 15 minute hypnosis in each session. The calls combine coaching, hypnosis, energy work and intuitive insight.
Each session generally consists of three parts: The first 25-30 minutes is designed for me to listen to what is going on with you and really hear and connect with you. The next 15-20 minutes is set up for our hypnosis or energy portion of the session. The energy/hypnosis portion of the session will be taped and emailed to you for future use. The final 5 minutes allow us to wrap up, create an inspired action or share what resonated with the call. When enrolled with a monthly program you also receive additional email coaching as you can send me any questions or comment in between sessions for full support and e-coaching.

As both your time and mine is very valuable and appointments are made specifically for you, Reset Your Mindset has a 24 hour cancellation/reschedule policy with no charge. If you are unavailable during our scheduled time for an appointment and there was not prior arrangements made within the 24 hour window, the session is considered to be forfeited and must be paid in full.
Our desire is to allow you to find the perfect way to achieve your mind/body/spirit connection that feels in alignment with who you are. I invite you to print this information out, grab your favorite drink, a pen or highlighter and get comfortable in a cozy place to sit, relax and read while you circle, highlight or make notes about anything that resonates with you. You may also decide to write a letter to the Universe asking for guidance on which program would best serve you. In this letter, tell the Universe why you desire to reset your mindset, what about my programs feel good to you, surrender any doubts or concerns and then ask the Universe to give you clear signs on which program, if any, is best for you.
